About Panda Studios
For six years, Panda Studios has built brands, websites, digital communication and print for businesses that take how they show up seriously. We are a brand and design studio based in Kampala.
We are growing, and we will not lower the standard to do it. So we are building a small network of designers who already work at that standard.
How this works
- You join a small, tested network. When a project fits your strengths, we call you
- Every project starts with a clear brief, a timeline and a fee agreed in writing
- You are paid per project, for work done, within 3 days of delivery
- You keep your own practice. When you take a Panda brief, we ask for focus and reliability
- Kampala-based and hybrid. Some briefs need you in the studio, with clients or with print partners

What we're looking for
- A portfolio that shows taste, not just output
- Strong command of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and working knowledge of Figma
- Typography and layout decisions you can explain and defend
- Experience preparing files for print and packaging production
- You meet deadlines, and say early when something is wrong
- You take direction without losing your point of view
