Panda Studios is a brand identity, web design and creative studio based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what information we collect when you work with us or use this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We have kept it plain on purpose — you should not need a lawyer to understand how your information is handled.

The information we collect
We only hold information you choose to give us, plus a small amount your browser shares automatically.
The Brand Audit form. When you complete a Brand Audit, you may share your business name, business type, location, years in operation and current tagline; links to your website, Instagram or other channels; a description of your visual identity; your target client, price point and the competitors you watch; the frustrations driving the audit and the kind of client you would love to win. We ask for your email address and phone number so we can send your results and follow up.
The contact form. When you get in touch, we collect your name, email address and the message you send. That is all we need to reply.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our server and the tools listed below may record basic technical data — your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you move through the site.
How we use it
We use what you share to prepare and deliver your Brand Audit, respond to enquiries, scope and carry out work you ask us to do, and improve how this site performs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us deliver these services.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others come from third-party tools we embed: the Google Maps embed on our contact page sets cookies from Google, and when we promote our work through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, a Meta pixel and any analytics we run may set cookies to measure whether those campaigns are working.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the embedded map, may not display correctly if you do.
Third parties your information may pass through
To run the studio we rely on a few trusted services, and your information may pass through them: Google (Maps embeds and analytics), Meta (advertising and audience measurement), and our email provider (to receive and reply to your messages). Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is needed, and nothing more.
How long we keep it
We keep Brand Audit and enquiry information for as long as we are in active conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. If you ask us to remove it sooner, we will.
Your rights — access and deletion
The information is yours. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@pandastudios.co or call +256 772-233-050 and we will act on your request promptly.
Children's data
This site and our services are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
As the studio grows and the tools we use change, we may update this policy. The current version always lives at this address, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
This policy is governed by the laws of Uganda, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
