Kampala Connect needed a digital presence that could carry the weight of what the organisation actually does — not a template filled in with placeholder text, but a site that communicated authority, reduced friction for incoming partners, and gave first-time visitors an immediate sense of the brand’s calibre.
We built the site from a strategic brief outward: audience mapping first, architecture second, design third. Every page structure was built to reduce the distance between a visitor’s first impression and a meaningful action — a contact form submission, a download, a call. The visual system was derived directly from the Kampala Connect brand, ensuring the site felt like an extension of the organisation rather than a separate product.
The result is a site that performs under the pressure of first impressions and holds up against serious scrutiny — the standard we hold every web project to.
